देहिनोऽस्मिन्यथा देहे कौमारं यौवनं जरा। तथा देहान्तरप्राप्तिर्धीरस्तत्र न मुह्यति।।2.13।।
Transliteration
dehino ’smin yathā dehe kaumāraṁ yauvanaṁ jarā tathā dehāntara-prāptir dhīras tatra na muhyati
Translation
Just as the soul moves through childhood, youth, and old age in this body, so it passes into another body at death. The wise are not troubled by this.

जैसे आत्मा इस शरीर में बचपन, जवानी और बुढ़ापे से गुजरती है, वैसे ही मृत्यु के समय वह दूसरे शरीर में चली जाती है। ज्ञानी इससे विचलित नहीं होते।
