क्रोधाद्भवति संमोहः संमोहात्स्मृतिविभ्रमः। स्मृतिभ्रंशाद् बुद्धिनाशो बुद्धिनाशात्प्रणश्यति।।2.63।।
Transliteration
krodhād bhavati sammohaḥ sammohāt smṛiti-vibhramaḥ smṛiti-bhranśhād buddhi-nāśho buddhi-nāśhāt praṇaśhyati
Translation
From anger comes confusion, from confusion a failing memory, from a failing memory the loss of clear judgment, and once judgment is lost, a person is ruined.

क्रोध से मोह आता है, मोह से स्मृति भ्रमित होती है, भ्रमित स्मृति से बुद्धि का नाश होता है, और बुद्धि नष्ट होते ही व्यक्ति का पतन हो जाता है।
